Strolll: augmented reality therapy for Parkinson's

  • Founded 2019
  • Used by four NHS trusts
  • Cleveland Clinic partner

About

Tom Finn founded Strolll in 2019 with Jorgen Ellis after caring for his dad, who has vascular parkinsonism, and finding that coloured lines painted on the floor eased his walking. Strolll's augmented reality headset projects those cues into rehab sessions and everyday spaces for people with neurological conditions.

Strolll sells through healthcare providers, including four NHS trusts, and has a partnership with Cleveland Clinic in the US. 2025 was its third year running on the Startups 100.

Number 19 on the Startups 100 Index 2025.
