Baris Ozaydinli founded Scooch in 2021 after his dog's recurring health problems showed him how little personalised, preventive care pets get. It is a subscription service with AI-powered health checks and care plans, access to qualified vets, and vet-formulated supplements, food and treats.

Scooch partners with Founders Factory and the University of Surrey, won AI Startup of the Year for the UK and London in 2024, and advertised across 500 London bus stops. It rose from 55th to 39th on the index.
