Simon Goodman launched Over the Moo UK in 2021, after falling for vegan ice cream in Australia and getting permission to bring the idea home. It makes bite-sized coconut-milk ice cream chunks coated in dairy-free chocolate, sold in sharing pouches.
Over the Moo is sold in hundreds of independent UK shops and in the UAE through Spinneys, Waitrose UAE and Kibsons, and it has listings in Portugal and Spain.
