Luke Brown and Joseph Methven founded Merlin Cloud in 2023 after seeing, while working with big retail brands, that valuable in-store customer data was being lost. Merlin brings data from cameras, kiosks and QR codes into one AI dashboard, giving retailers live insight into footfall, engagement and sales.
Merlin co-developed and tested its system with Samsung and Philips in live stores and now serves global brands including Samsung and IQOS. It aims to be in more than 10,000 locations.
