About
Natalia Pazzaglia founded Legacy Compass in 2023, two years after losing her mum to cancer, when she saw how alone people are left to handle loss. The platform uses storytelling prompts to guide people through end-of-life conversations, decisions and professional services, with a community for people who are grieving, and it also serves employers.
Legacy Compass is backed by Bethnal Green Ventures and works with cancer charities, and Pazzaglia was shortlisted for the Startups 100 2026 Exceptional Founder Award.
