About

Asif Alidina, who spent more than a decade in hospitality innovation, and Shahzain Badruddin, who engineered ecommerce platforms for Marks & Spencer and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, founded Inntelo AI in 2024. It replaces a hotel's patchwork of legacy systems with one AI-native platform covering guest experience, operations, upselling and data, including a conversational AI concierge.

Inntelo raised £500k in pre-seed funding from backers including Antler, Haatch, Look AI Ventures and the British Business Bank. It launched at Park Hall Resort & Spa in Lancashire in March 2025 and now serves hotels in Dubai, including the 1,004-room Ciel Dubai Marina.
