Shelley Copsey, Anish Patel and Karl Simons founded FYLD in 2020. Its AI field management system turns short videos of worksites into real-time risk assessments, flagging hazards such as trip risks, for clients including Kier, Southern Water and Balfour Beatty.
FYLD says its video assessments have cut incidents and injuries by 20% and raised output by 8%, averaging 1,522 safety assessments a day in 2024. It raised £7m from NatWest to expand into the US.
