Molly Johnson-Jones was fired from her investment banking job ten days after asking to work from home to manage an autoimmune condition. She founded Flexa in 2019 with Maurice O'Brien and Tim Leppard: a jobs marketplace that checks and verifies employers' flexibility, culture and benefits.
Flexa has raised more than £2.6m, is used by more than two million workers and has more than 200 employers signed up, including Centrica, O2, Mars UK and Virgin Media.
Number 38 on the Startups 100 Index 2025.
