Dr Sonia Szamocki founded 32Co in 2021. It is an AI-powered platform that connects patients with specialists and covers the whole journey: clinician training, diagnosis, treatment design and procurement. It began in orthodontics and has since moved into sleep health through Aerox Health, which treats snoring and sleep apnoea.

Szamocki spent more than a decade as a healthcare provider, including front-line A&E work, and set out to connect doctors and specialists remotely after being told it could not be done. 32Co raised £2.2m in seed funding led by Balderton Capital, is used by thousands of registered dentists and orthodontic specialists, and has released five new AI products, including what it calls the world's first AI orthodontic clinical coach.
